Des troubles surviennent lorsqu\u2019il y a un dysfonctionnement au niveau d\u2019un ou plusieurs modules dans le traitement, le stockage, la restitution et\/ou la circulation de l\u2019information. Les troubles sont les cons\u00e9quences de dysfonctionnements c\u00e9r\u00e9braux acquis et\/ou inn\u00e9s.<br>&gt; La mission de l\u2019enseignant.e sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.e est de construire avec l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve des fa\u00e7ons diff\u00e9rentes de travailler pour le mettre en situation de r\u00e9ussite et acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des apprentissages r\u00e9els.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation du tableau-ressources&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Besoins \u2013&nbsp;difficult\u00e9s<\/strong><br>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sente un profil psycho-cognitif singulier. Les besoins et difficult\u00e9s varient selon les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les situations, les parcours.
