Malgr\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s, une fracture num\u00e9rique persiste : <strong>37 % de la population mondiale reste sans acc\u00e8s \u00e0 internet<\/strong>. Les technologies num\u00e9riques soul\u00e8vent de nombreuses pr\u00e9occupations dans un contexte mondial marqu\u00e9 par des crises comme les \u00e9pid\u00e9mies, les migrations, le d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique et les conflits. Ces enjeux incluent la d\u00e9sinformation, la polarisation des d\u00e9bats, la diffusion de discours haineux et les interrogations \u00e9thiques sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle et l\u2019exploitation des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis et atteindre les Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD), notamment les ODD 4 et 16, l\u2019UNESCO pr\u00e9conise de renforcer l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique. Celle-ci int\u00e8gre l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 mondiale, aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 la culture num\u00e9rique, en s\u2019appuyant sur des cadres comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/eduscol.education.fr\/721\/evaluer-developper-et-certifier-les-competences-numeriques\">CRCN (Cadre de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence des Comp\u00e9tences Num\u00e9riques)<\/a>.
