French, Spanish and Turkish students have worked on the topic of sustainable gastronomy. After watching 2 videos, pupils were able to understand the concepts of sustainable gastronomy and they have prepared and recorded 3 questions for each partner in order to create podcasts. Then, they have decided to create a multicultural sustainable menu composed of a Spanish starter, a French main dish and a Turkish dessert. Of course, they have proposed different options, they have explained the composition of each suggestion and made pupils from each country vote. Now you can discover the eTwinning multicultural sustainable meal. Recipes have been exchanged to offer the possibility to cook the meal at home or if possible, at the school canteen.
